Our Refund and Return Policy is designed to maintain fairness, protect product integrity, and clearly outline the procedures in the event of an issue.
Due to the collectible and sealed nature of Pokémon trading card products, all wholesale sales are generally considered final once an order has been processed and shipped. Items such as factory-sealed booster boxes, limited-edition collections, and exclusive releases are sensitive products whose value can be affected by tampering, improper handling, or resale conditions. For this reason, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for reasons including change of mind, ordering errors, overstocking, or market price fluctuations. Customers are strongly encouraged to review all product details, quantities, and shipping information carefully before confirming their orders.
However, in the unlikely event that an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will take full responsibility and work to resolve the issue promptly. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic or video evidence of the problem. This evidence should include images of the outer shipping carton, internal packaging, and the affected items. Prompt reporting allows us to investigate the matter efficiently and coordinate with our shipping partners when necessary.
If a claim is approved after review, we may offer one of the following remedies at our discretion: a replacement of the affected item (subject to availability), a partial refund, a full refund, or store credit toward a future purchase. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
Returns will only be accepted if authorized in writing by our team. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded. If a return is approved, the product must remain unopened, unused, and in its original factory-sealed condition. Items that show signs of tampering, damage caused by the customer, or broken seals will not qualify for return or refund.
Please note that delays caused by customs inspections, import regulations, courier service disruptions, or local taxes and duties are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds. Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their country’s import requirements before placing an order.
In cases where a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or unpaid customs duties, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs. Any refund issued in such cases may be subject to deductions for shipping fees and related expenses.
Pre-orders for upcoming Japanese releases are non-refundable once confirmed, as inventory is secured specifically for the customer. If unforeseen supply issues arise, we will communicate promptly and provide suitable alternatives.
