Customer satisfaction is our priority. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In cases of confirmed damage during transit, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate solution based on product availability.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment. Please double-check your information before confirming your order.
Delivery Attempts
Most courier services will make multiple delivery attempts. If a delivery is missed, you may need to reschedule or collect the package from a local depot. Failure to do so may result in the package being returned to us, and reshipping fees may apply.
